Beginner's Classes
Forget the Gym!
Learning to protect yourself is only one of the many benefits of our Adult beginners class!  We specialise in providing fun, practical, high energy training with good people taught in a safe manner. You won't even realise you are exercising!
Our beginners course is geared to take someone with no fitness or experience and ease them into fun, functional training you will want to keep going long after you are bored with the gym!
We teach ultimate fighting techniques that anyone can learn to defend themselves. You can join this class at any time as each class stands alone and doesn't depend on the class preceeding it. Class times are Monday and Thursday 7 - 8 pm
